4 Reasons To Start Putting Amla Oil In Your Hair & How To Do It

Amla oil has a lot of health benefits for your hair. In fact it can prevent hair loss, get rid of dandruff and improve the strength of your hair.

What is Amla oil?

Amla oil derives from amla tree (also known as Indian goosberry), which is cultivated throughout the Indian subcontinent. The oil is made by soaking amla fruit in another oil (like coconut oil), for several days which helps to release the fruit's natural oils before purification. The oil is rich in vitamin C, polyphenolic compounds and tannins, which are not only beneficial for the hair but also for the skin and the whole body.

How to use Amla oil for your hair?

1. DANDRUFF REMEDY
Amla oil has an anti-inflammatory and moisturizing quality which is why it's great for dry scalp issues. It helps with easing any skin irritation which may be causing skin flaking and dandruff.
